Key facts about the account deletion process
Your account and all associated data are permanently removed from our systems.
Profiles, bookings, reviews, messages, and payment info are all erased.
Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to request full deletion of your data.
Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. A new account would need to be created.
Launch the Velorisce app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you are signed in.
Tap your profile icon and navigate to Account Settings from the menu.
Scroll to the bottom of the settings page to find the account management section.
Select "Delete Account" and follow the on-screen confirmation steps to complete the request.
Your name, email, phone number, and any other personal information stored in your profile will be permanently removed.
All past and upcoming appointments, booking records, and scheduling data associated with your account will be erased.
Reviews you have written, saved businesses, and favourite lists will be permanently deleted.
Communication history with businesses and any stored payment method details will be fully removed from our systems.
If you are experiencing issues with the platform, our support team can help resolve them. You can also temporarily deactivate notifications instead of deleting your account.
Make sure you have no upcoming appointments before deleting. Cancelling your account does not automatically cancel pending bookings with businesses.
Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you wish to use Velorisce again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
Some data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations, such as transaction records required for tax purposes.
Under applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. Submitting a deletion request through the app initiates this process.
Before deleting, you may request a copy of your personal data. Contact our support team to receive your data in a portable format.
