The electrician we spoke to today was so helpful and professional! We had a minor problem, simply a smoke detector chirping every twelve hours or so. It didn't appear to have a battery to someone like me and I wasn't even sure it was a smoke detector. Instead of coming to our house and charging $170.00, he asked me to send photos of the device/unit which I did. He then advised me over the phone how to fix this problem on my own which I have now done. What wonderful customer service and excellent communication! We intend to hire this company for future electrical work at our house.

I’ve used Yonder Light Electric twice now, once to hook up a hot tub, the other time to move the wiring for a clothes dryer from the basement to the main floor. Russ is super awesome at accommodating what seem to be smallish jobs into his busy schedule, and the work was well done and done in a timely fashion. Yonder Light is my ‘go-to’ for electrical work in the Victoria area.

Seven, yes, seven! electrical quotes all from highly rated certified electricians to do the electrical install for an outdoor sauna. Yonder was definitely the best! Previous quotes varied tremendously, both in substance and cost. Russell was friendly, knowledgeable, had great communication, was experienced and very reasonably priced - everything we were looking for! When he and Jeff came out they were great, got the work done (even when an issue came up out of both of our control), and held to the quoted budget. I couldn’t recommend Yonder more!

Russell was a lifesaver! After another electrician messed up my thermostat installation, he came right away, quickly diagnosed the issue, and knew exactly how to fix it. He was punctual, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the process. I really appreciated how helpful and knowledgeable he was - you can tell he knows his trade inside and out. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician who gets the job done right the first time!
