First experience was great! I haven't done yoga in many many years. I loved how Danica's kind and accepting words made me comfortable in the class in regards to just doing what my body needs and not pushing it. Very welcoming environment. Felt very relaxed after. Enjoyed the breathing and lovely warm atmosphere you have created.

Was introduced to yoga nation by a friend. Love this studio. All the instructors are so kind. I do love the rule of quiet space while in the room. I feel like it’s taken my love of movement to another level. First experience with hot yoga as well here. No joke. It’s HOT!🥵❤️

Even though it was my first time yoga in my life, this studio is really cozy, comfy and relaxing me instantly. Little nervous if I can’t catch up class cause Im right into intermediate class, but except busy for copying other people, it was easy to follow for beginners. I had hot yoga vinyasa flow, so if someone like active work with relaxing atmosphere, go for it! You will like it. And thanks for candice to encourage me and carey to make class easy to follow and comfortable! Also thanks to you guys have new client exclusive session pass, this really help to start, and I might keep doing after session done! Thanks!!

I experienced loss this year, and Yoganation has been a great part of my healing journey. I finally found something that I enjoy going to (without forcing myself or convincing myself to go). At my own pace and at my own time. All of the instructors are good and greet you with a welcoming smile. I remember in my first month, almost all of them remembered or tried to remember my name. They also find time to make conversations with me and others. I think that adds a personal touch. That simple gesture made me feel welcomed. I was shy in the beginning, as I felt like I was going to be judged because I didn’t know anything about yoga (but the community they’ve built would never make you feel not included, but rather uplifted). Love the pop-ups as well, they make it more interesting to attend that adds curiosity and excitement to continue joining classes. Kudos to the team! I’m truly grateful to be part of this community, and I look forward to continuing this journey.

I joined YogaNation in 2019 and I absolutely loved every class. When I moved out of province and ultimately back to the province in another city, I tried at least 10 other studios. None came close to the quality and consistency of classes at YogaNation. I was so happy when I moved back to the area (kind of) it's worth the 35 minute drive each day to attend classes once again. I also love that they have added a cooler full of produce, eggs and butter from a local farm . Amazing. Love this place. I'm always inspired to work harder than I would ever do myself in my own practice at home. Have another fabulous 11 years!
