I go to this location weekly. DONT USE THE HOT TUB! Men sit facing the jets, the jets hit your lower back, or crotch region when facing it. Its constant, one man sits on the jet, and when he is done, another man hops on. I have complained to management 2× but its continues to happen. And life guards dont seem to think its an issue. Hot Jiz Tub🤮

Helpful & friendly desk staff. The cleaning staff keep everything so clean. Love this place!!!

Every weekend for the two years I've been coming to this gym, the gym workers aren't at their desks. They only work at the front desk. The rest are busy with their personal business! They play football and basketball, especially those who aren't Canadian. They use their powers more often and for longer periods of time and are completely useless. If you need to find out anything, they're simply nowhere to be found. Also, the camera on their desk is turned off. They're supposed to maintain safety and, in unforeseen situations, be the first to pay attention and come to the rescue! But no! They're simply not there!!! Meanwhile, the gym members aren't wearing appropriate footwear and are behaving rudely, provoking other visitors to talk about etiquette, because there are no employees! One of them constantly walks around singing songs. He's not at karaoke. so he asked if it's okay to behave like that? Others walk around and record videos, again without asking the opinions of others who end up in their recordings! Pay attention to your employees—who's in the gym on weekends? What are they actually getting paid for?

The pool, sauna, and hot tub are excellent. It is a good facility overall. My only discrepancy would have to be the cockroaches in the men’s change room. Man they suck! It would be very unfortunate if one or multiple patrons were to bring them home with them. Stay diligent; make sure you’re checking your stuff and locker for roaches.

For 39$ per month, that’s the best gym you could ever find at Downtown area. Tons of training options and sauna + swimming pool! Amazing investment into your body, spirit and soul.
