Massage consisted of the masseuse mostly just pressing and holding random pressure points and cut the treatment time short. The towel they had provided was frayed and looked quite old, which all in all had me disappointed for the price of the services. However, the customer service was great, and pool facilities were decent. I would only recommend an appointment if you want to take a very expensive swim, but I did not leave the appointment feeling well taken care of during the treatment itself.

Absolutely phenomenal service at Xylia Natural Spa in Vancouver. From start to finish, everything was professional, attentive, and thoughtfully done. My wife had the 105-minute facial with Linda, and I had the full body hot stone massage with Min Woo — both were outstanding practitioners and made the experience truly memorable. The spa itself is incredibly clean, relaxing, and comfortable, which really adds to the overall experience. Ending the visit with tea was a lovely touch. Patricia at the front desk was friendly and personable. We would definitely recommend Xylia Natural Spa and will absolutely be coming back for more.
