Xavia Nails & Spa

Very disappointed I am extremely unhappy with my experience. I showed the nail tech a reference picture of exactly what I wanted, but the final result looked nothing like it. The nails are uneven, poorly shaped, and overall not neat or polished at all. They honestly look unfinished and far from perfect. The service also took almost 2 hours, which would have been fine if the outcome matched the time spent—but unfortunately it didn’t. I left feeling disappointed and unhappy instead of confident.

I got my gel nails done here today thinking I would go to the “fancier” of the two nail places (phantastic nails and Xavia) and I was very disappointed. I had to come home and file them myself to make them look uniformed in shape. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and he just didn’t have the skills to do what I was showing him. I tried many times to help him but I just gave up and I will not go back. Plus it is so dirty I thought this was the nicer of the two places but I was wrong. I can over look the dirtiness if the nails were spot on but they weren’t
