I want a white french tip with a simple design. I was getting a fill. I told the nail tech the one nail was cracked. She ripped it off and it cracked my actual nail in the middle. She managed to sand my fingers raw to the point of them bleeding on the one finger and the others hurt when touched. She continuously filed my fingers and the skin and asked if it hurt. Every time i said yes. She did the design on one nail and it looked like a toddler did it. Then she filed it again and i was fed up so i ended it there. It took her an hour and a half for a fill with a white french tip. Horrible experience and wont be going back.

Very disappointed I am extremely unhappy with my experience. I showed the nail tech a reference picture of exactly what I wanted, but the final result looked nothing like it. The nails are uneven, poorly shaped, and overall not neat or polished at all. They honestly look unfinished and far from perfect. The service also took almost 2 hours, which would have been fine if the outcome matched the time spent—but unfortunately it didn’t. I left feeling disappointed and unhappy instead of confident.

I have been getting my nails done here every 3 weeks for a year and I'm very happy with my experiences here. I walk in so I have been with numerous stylists although I would like to shout out to Henry. He did the set pictured. Often times at salons when I ask for almond, I get round but Henry always does the correct shape. He will also push my cuticles for me and clean out the filing debris from underneath my nails. I don't like the hot towel and he graciously and kindly grants all my requests to make me comfortable, including skipping this step. Great salon, great service, great hygeine, and Henry is incredible.

I went for a deluxe head treatment. It was absolutely amazing. I’d recommend it to anyone, especially those who suffer from migraines. My daughter had her acrylics filled and done, and they’re gorgeous! It was an amazing experience. We are from 3 hours away, but we’ll be back!!
