My trucks transmission cooling line ruptured when I pulled in to princess auto. I called Williams automotive and they told me they could get me in immediately. They recommended Brian’s towing who showed up 20 minutes later and loaded me up. Within an hour from noticing the leak my truck was on the hoist. Unbelievable customer service. Will be my first call next time I need service!

Willams Automotive Service on KLO repaired our work vehicles this Spring. The staff was friendly and knowledgable and the work was conpleted as we requested. A special mention to Kade and James in the shop for their hard work to get us back on the road quickly and another mention to Andrew up front who offered very clear communication. Amazing experience at Williams. The dealership told me I needed brakes so I booked an appt with Williams, and not only did they save me $1200+ by letting me know I actually did NOT need brakes, but they drove me to and from the appointment! Amazing! this is my place now 🤘👍👍👍👍👍

William’s Automotive Service is hands down the best! Andrew is so kind, honest, and easy to deal with. He explains everything clearly and never makes you feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. The work is always done quickly, the prices are fair, and they treat you like family. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you guys!!
