Recently had a hot water tank failure and needed to get a repair on a weekend of course! It was not an emergency and was repaired very quickly first thing on Monday morning after I called Wiehler Plumbing and Heating on Saturday. to request a new installation. I had a strong sense that if I had been in more of a bind that they would have happily done the work on the weekend. Carter arrived at the time he said he would and was very courteous and thorough explaining everything that we needed to do and offered suggestions about what the best solution would be. The team of Carter and his partner laid down floor protection mats and quickly and efficiently removed the dual tank system that was being replaced with no mess or spillage. The install was completed in a couple of hours and all was good to go. It was a pleasure having Carter and his partner do the install and I would highly recommend Carter and Wiehler for any future plumbing and heating needs.

Reid Demosky came in today to help with our furnace issues and did an excellent job. He clearly explained everything he was going to do before starting and made sure we understood what was happening throughout the process. He was very thorough, professional, and took the time to ensure everything was working properly before he left. We really appreciate his attention to detail and would highly recommend him!

We have had nothing but positive experiences working with Sunny in the past. Sunny and Sawyer were amazing. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent communication.I Found the work to be meticulous and thorough. They left our mechanical room spotless after completing their work. Precious scheduled an appointment, same day we called, to address an urgent issue. Keegan dropped by our home, on schedule, determined the root cause issue in our hydronic system, provided an estimate in real time, and came by the next day to complete the work. Arthur supported the entire process seamlessly, the job was done without a hitch! Great customer service, excellent work and explanation of the service provided!
