tl;dr: if youre an anxious paitent who needs extra paitence at the dentist, or you struggle with sensory sensitivity with your mouth and need extra care while at the dentist (or both) this is the place to go! as an extremely anxous paitent, i had a very nice experience here. :) my dental hygenist (yumna) was very understanding and took a kind approach to my care :) like i said, im usually a very anxious paitent, to the point where i have panic attacks in the dentists chair often. however, with that in mind yumna was very kind and guided me through the whole process of my cleaning, she made sure to show me the tools before they went in my mouth, and when i told her to stop she was able to and we talked through it, shes honestly an angel and im glad she took care of my teeth today 🥹 im looking forward to my next appointment here, these people truly care about your health and arent just here for the paycheck they love their job it seems. also i didnt catch her name but the front desk lady has such a kind approach aswell :) if youre reading the reviews worried that youre gonna have a horrible time, they will do everything in their power here to make things as smooth and anxiety free as possible, theyre even understanding to sensory troubles which is amazing expecially as someone who avoids dental work for that reason. give this clinic some love, they do amazing work here and their dentists are skilled, informed and kind here

Dr. Nguyen as a wonderful dentist. It is always a pleasure to see them. They are wonderful, professional etc . I, also, experienced the best hygienist today. Yumna thank you so much for your wonderful personality, professionalism and putting me at ease. There is a lot of great people working there, with smiles on their faces and being always accommodating. So thank you everyone at front desk too. 😊

Had a wonderful experience at the Whyte Ave Dental Choice today! They were able to get me in on very short notice to remove a lower retainer wire that had detached and had been causing me issues. The dentist and her assistant did an excellent job to make sure my voice was heard to address my concerns along while providing me knowledgeable information on care and what to do going forward. They were very professional throughout the whole process. The front staff were excellent as well. Will be recommending this place to everyone!

I had a great experience at Whyte Avenue Dentist Choice during my recent scaling and hygiene appointment. The entire team was friendly, professional, and made the visit very comfortable. Yumna did a wonderful job with my cleaning—she was gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly. I left feeling well taken care of and very satisfied with the overall service.
