Got westcan to pump my sceptic, in the process they wrecked the pump switch inside the tank causing me to have several issues with sewage backing up in my basement, a problem I never had before. Came out a second time to look at pumping again but offered no support or advice as how to resolve the issue, never mind any kind of reimbursement. Just said "eh, just one of the risks you run getting your tank pumped.". Highly unprofessional and incompetent bunch, would not recommend at all.
