My first visit a few days prior revealed an infected and cracked molar root which required extraction which turned out to be a stubborn process. Dr Braich was as gentle as he could be during the extraction while being polite and friendly. Thank you Dr B and Ashley for your calmness and professionalism.

Professional, gentle, and efficient. Everything was clearly explained and I felt comfortable the entire visit. I contacted Dr. Braich after clinic hours with a post-extraction concern, and he responded promptly and was very helpful. Highly recommend.

this is the best clinic. Lifesaver. When you have an emergency he will get things done not send you in a circle like go to doctor, etc. I have been to different dentists and doctors for facial swelling but he actually did something. He is the best doctor/dentist i have ever seen in my life. He is caring calm and knowledgeable. He is great and so is his staff

I had the most incredible experience here with Dr.Amini. As someone who has an extreme phobia, I went into my appointment for my filling with such extreme anxiety, but Dr. Amini was so kind, patient, understanding, and reassuring. She regularly checked in on me to make sure I’m comfortable, talked me through what she’s about to do every step of the way, and did it all with such a calm and friendly demeanour. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist and I’m very grateful to have found her and her lovely team.

I had a routine cleaning and Xrays by a nice lady dentist which discovered an infection and a failed root canal that had been done some 10 years earlier by a different dentist. So, I opted to have the tooth pulled by Dr Braich, and this should have been routine, but it was a nasty extraction followed by sutures as it was a large molar. I was sent home with a bag of gauze and told to use salt water to rise. What ensued was a horribly painful experience which I learn now, was a dry socket and likely infection. I had two follow up visits and told that everything was normal when in fact, it was not. I believe that I may have avoided this situation had I been given the proper "after-care" protocol such as 1) do not rinse your mouth for at least 48 hours so as not to dislodge the newly forming blood clot 2) do not remove the white stuff you see as it is a normal function of the healing process. 3) eat soft foods only for awhile and avoid certain food/drink. And been given a list of things to be concerned about should a situation develops. After 2 weeks of worsening pain, I was not given any remedy whatsoever other than to simply continue to take pain medication and begin a course of anti-biotics, which I had to ask for. Some tips on home remedies would have been greatly appreciated. It's been a horrible experience which I believe may have been avoided or at the very least, minimized with the proper instruction right from the start. I was going to use him for a dental impant and potentially a new cosmetic smile, but I will not go back.
