We had a wonderful first-time experience here. The staff were caring, friendly, and everything felt smooth and easy. The room was clean with a little carpet for our cat Ekos to sit on instead of a cold clinical surface. Those little touches mean a lot. Dr. Gratton was so great with Ekos, and made us feel heard and cared for, and not at all rushed. Excellent service and care. Highly recommend. Big thank you to the front desk staff and Dr. Gratton.

If your reading these reviews trying to deside where is going to provide the best care for your loved pet, I would like to share with you our experience. Our precious Duke recently passed away. Duke was a senior dog at the age of 12. He had pancreatitis, cushingtons disease and was mostly blind. He was under the very knowledgeable and tender care of Dr Hulme. She worked with us to find the very hard balance between our wants and needs for Duke and our financial abilities. Her knowledge of Dukes condition was exstencive and comforting. Dukes passing was preformed with compation and calmness. We were asked if we would like to have some beautifully corked viles of his fur along with his paw prints and nose boop taken. We said yes to this option. These prints were put onto the most elegant paper with a poem that both touched and melted my heart. To add to their compassion and attention to detail, they added paper cutouts that are embedded with seeds for my family to plant. To whom ever was involved with putting this package together our tears overflowed and our hearts filled with great thanks to you. We would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Dr Hulme and Westside Animal Hospital for their unserpassable attention to care, consideration, and thoughtfulness during this delicate nature of helping our loved one to pass on peacefully. I can't exspress enough how much I would recomend that if you have a furry loved one that you would like to have the very best of care upto and including their passing that these are the caregivers and place to have that happen. Thank you Dr. Hulms, Dr. Dickson, Technicians and Fiendly Front Staff on behalf of my family and most of all Duke.

The staff at Westbank animal care are absolutely amazing. We have a 16 year old Sheltie, and we've been coming to Westbank Animal Care Hospital since we moved here, 8 years ago. We've had a few urgent things come up over the years and they have been accommodating, we call and they get us in right away - this has ranged from a dog attack to the things that come with a really senior dog. We are there monthly for injections and the techs are so kind. Gus is never anxious or scared to be there, he knows he gets treats and love. We've seen multiple vets and all have been incredible. Our primary vet is Dr. Bronwen Hulme and there aren't enough words to thank her for the next level care she's taken of Gus. She is compassionate and also straight forward with what is going on and next steps. Thank you so much to the team, Gus and us appreciate you!

The entire staff always treats my animals with such love and care. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly with clear communication and professionalism. They are compassionate and always do everything they can to make my dogs more comfortable and at ease. Thank you all!

The team at Westbank Animal Hospital has given us the best care with our dogs Derby & Shylo. The receptionists and clinical team are equally as helpful & compassionate every visit. Our dog Shylo just had her spay surgery and it went so smoothly, I felt they gave us such amazing care. The post op given by our vet tech were very detailed & she answered all our questions. We even went in for a post op and they took their time to ensure she’s healing well after her surgery. We could not be more grateful! Thank you so much! 🩷
