I am not a complaint person but seriously I will never recommend manicure from here. I was highly disappointed they just did the polish and nothing else. No other step of manicure was covered from dipping my hands to scrub and other steps which is basically manicure all about. Just giving 2 stars instead of bcoz I really don’t like not appreciating someone’s efforts. Although the lady cut my skin too during cuticle process.

It has been numerous years since being at West Hill nails but I thought I would try it again. I just had a pedicure from Rita, it’s was amazing! She is gentle but definitely gets your feet back into shape! Her leg and foot massage is fantastic and very relaxing! I will be back and also will recommend her to others.

I had a very nice experience for my first time visiting West Hill nails. My nail technician Thai was so kind and welcoming. He did an amazing job, I didn’t even have to pick my nail color, he just knew what I wanted. I’m definitely coming back here.
