Today was my first visit, for a therapeutic massage by Kya. Kya was lovely, with a warm personality and professional demeanour. I immediately felt comfortable, and she communicated with me throughout the treatment to ensure a positive experience. I will be a repeat client, and look forward to my next visit in a few weeks.

It was an excellent experience for a new comer. The space is welcoming and calm, with a really nice atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and focus. The instructor was knowledgeable, approachable, and offered clear guidance throughout the class, with options for different levels. The flow was well-paced and left me feeling both challenged and relaxed by the end. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into creating this studio, and I’m looking forward to coming back.

The pedicure service I received was exceptional, and my Esthetician , Kassandra, was absolutely wonderful. I had previously gone to one of those fast-paced nail places and ended up with an injury that took months to heal, so I was very nervous about trying somewhere new- but thank goodness I found this place. Being treated by a certified esthetician made all the difference. My feet feel and look great- and there was no pain or irritation. The care, attention, and professionalism were beyond anything I’ve experienced before. I will definitely be coming back and see Kassandra again !!! ;))

Wellness Within in St. Albert is a beautiful spa with many services in a tranquil and serene setting. It is the best place for massages. Anna is the best massage therapist I’ve ever known and I always go to her, whether it be for a relaxation massage or for help with a health issue. She is a miracle worker! The front desk staff are friendly and helpful with a special shout out to Bonnie! Thanks, Wellness Within, for continually being the best!

I recently attended a yoga class here and had such a wonderful experience. The instructor was absolutely amazing — incredibly knowledgeable, very informative, and so calm and grounding. You can tell she truly knows her practice and cares about guiding everyone safely and confidently. I left the class feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so grateful. Highly recommend! 🙏✨
