I had 5 king size blankets to wash and 2 jackets to dry clean. The site does not specify what classifies as a jacket vs a parka, so I picked jacket seems as parka was also not in the same choice section. I received a call about the time difference for the dry cleaning vs the washing before my items were picked up. Which they were late picking them up (originally scheduled for 9am), then gave me a new time and never showed (was told they were running behind, no problem and they’d be there at 11am). I then had to call and leave messages like a stalker before I was told they would pick up at 6pm. This threw a wrench in my Saturday, but I figured no problem. Items were picked up and then when the blankets were dropped off, I checked one of them which ended up with singed damage all over it. I reached out and was advised they followed the label, but I never had this issue before as this blanket needs to be low heat and adjusted in the dryer to avoid singe marks. The offer for this was 20% off my next order. I was not thrilled with this as I am now out on a $110 pre tax blanket. In that time, the dry cleaning was dropped off and shortly after I received a bill being charged an extra close to $100. When I reached out to ask why, they said the jackets were actually parkas (they are bomber coats and not covering the bum so by definition are bit parkas) so they charged me more. Convenient this was done AFTER they cleaned them. They didn’t think to call me and advise me of the price change BEFORE hand so I could choose to NOT proceed as this was more expensive than I have ever paid for dry cleaning of these coats. When I messaged about this and how their site does not explain what category they place them in, and asked why I was not told before hand and then just charged, they have not responded. I waited a week and followed up again and still crickets 4 days after the follow up…needless to say I am quite disappointed and feel robbed. I am now out over $200 with no means to correct this. I would proceed with caution if you use this service!

I’ve gotten my coat dry cleaned for a good price and also got skirts and dresses hemmed here as they are always too long for me cause I’m short. It’s close to my work so it’s convenient for me and I would recommend them for dry cleaning and alterations 😊 Also has pay parking right out front if you’re in a hurry.
