This was my clinic for ten years. Unfortunately the new ownership abruptly closed the doors on this location, cancelled all appointments without notice, and relocated to Sherwood Park. The only communication was an email sent on January 9th that announced its doors were closed as of .... January 1st. I can only assume their other locations (Salisbury Dental in Sherwood Park and Uptown Dental in Edmonton) handle their patients as kindly as Warehouse District Dental (RIP) handled this closure.

I visited this dentist a while back- first off I told hygienist and front end staff I prefer to listen to music and not small talk, but neither the hygienist nor dentist understood and had lots of chit chat which was annoying. my cleaning was done by the dentist - very odd He used an ultra sonic scaler on me- the pain is really hard to describe, but basically it felt like this device he was using on me was digging into my nerves. It was so bad that my palms were soaking wet and after a few minutes of the cleaning he asked me if I was OK and I told him no that really hurts -so he went into hand scaling, barely though only spent a minute or two more. I was perplexed by this because my gum line and mouth hurt for over two weeks after this cleaning - sort of a throbbing pain. Recently visited a new dentist and told them about my experience and how I don’t like a ultrasonic scaler , they were confused as to why it was so painful and said that it shouldn’t hurt and convinced me to let them try using one on me, and to my surprise it was very pleasant, gentle and not painful whatsoever… better then hand scaling imo. so clearly the dentist here wasn’t using it properly, and my new dentist told me I had some gum recession, I would not be surprised if it was from that- why would it hurt so bad in my gum line unless he was blasting my skin? Uhh. Not cool it took me a while to write this review because I actually didn’t know if I was just overly sensitive until I visited a new dentist and when I described to them, they thought it was very weird and couldn’t understand why it was so painful either. so I would not recommend this place at all!

Love this clinic. It’s a funky modern urban atmosphere. Dr. J is very friendly, kind and take the time to explain things. Parkash is very kind and gentle. My hygienist couldn’t be any more caring and gentle. She’s amazing. I highly recommend this clinic and have now found my new family dentist.

I chose this clinic for convenience after moving, but the service far exceeded my expectations. Everyone I encountered — from the front desk staff to the dentist, assistant, and hygienist — was highly professional and exceptionally patient. A truly impressive experience!

After switching dentists to somewhere closer to home, I have to say I had a fantastic experience with the team here. Parkash was amazing and went above and beyond to explain everything. Extremely thorough process and thrilled with my results. Already looking forward to my next cleaning. Highly recommend!
