It's been a year since my horse had his shots. But later passed away from colic. Now I'm receiving updates saying he's due for his shots again. I called and left a voicemail saying he has died, when I called again they texted saying they couldn't talk but did say they got my voicemail. I now have received a second email telling me he's due.. it hurts every time I get this as a reminder he's gone and very frustrating. I now left an email and text... Hopefully they stop these emails.
