This is the first negative review I have ever left, but I feel strongly enough about this experience that I believe others should be aware of the inconsistency before booking. My boyfriend and I booked the same pedicure service at the same time. His experience was thorough and attentive — his technician carefully shaped his nails, cleaned underneath them, and gave his feet a proper scrub. In contrast, my service felt rushed and incomplete. My nails were not shaped at all, nor were they cleaned underneath. My feet were barely scrubbed, and overall the treatment lacked the level of detail I saw being provided beside me. The polish application was uneven and was applied before the rest of the treatment process, which has now left one nail slightly discoloured with orange. For a $69 pedicure ($79 with polish), I expected a consistent and thorough experience. The advertised 17-minute massage was also disappointing. A large portion of it consisted of firm rubbing focused only on my shins, with no proper calf massage at all. It did not feel relaxing, and the shin rubbing became uncomfortable after a while. The final five minutes of the “massage” were spent cleaning up the towels and wax off my feet. It did not reflect what was described or what you would reasonably expect from a timed massage service. I also had my acrylic nails removed during this visit. The removal process was uncomfortable, as the electric file repeatedly burned and nicked my fingers. After about 20 minutes, I was told to go wash my hands because the service was finished. However, there were still large chunks of acrylic remaining on both thumbs and several other fingers. I hesitated but politely pointed out that there was still acrylic left and asked if it could be removed. I was briefly asked how to remove it, which was surprising given that I am not the professional. After additional filing, I was again told the service was complete, despite there still being visible residue. I had to request once more that it be properly removed, and even then, minimal effort was made to fully correct it. At this point it was best I just accepted the unfortunate state of my nails and leave. My natural nails are now thin, uneven, and still have traces of acrylic remaining. A very rough buffer — typically used to prep nails before acrylic application — was used at the end, leaving the nail surface extremely coarse and weakened. I understand that no service is perfect every time, but the noticeable difference between two identical bookings sitting side by side was difficult to ignore. The lack of care for a $20 acrylic removal was really disappointing. I wish I had done it myself. I hope this feedback is helpful for management, and that future clients receive a more consistent and comfortable experience.

i visited this nail salon today based on a friend's recommendation, it exceeded all expectations! ken was the highlight of my experience. from the moment i sat down, ken’s friendly and humorous demeanor put me at ease. he has a great sense of humor and made the entire process enjoyable. beyond his personality, ken’s skills are amazing. he paid great attention to detail, ensuring that every nail was perfect. the end result was stunning, and i’ve already received many compliments on my manicure! i highly recommend going to ken, and will definitely be returning for future appointments!!

From the moment the three of us walked into VN ORGANIC SPA & NAILS, it felt like a full-on luxury, main-character pedicure experience. Ivy, Flora, and Ken were absolute gems—each of them paid such thoughtful, careful attention to every detail and made sure we were completely pampered from start to finish. Nothing felt rushed; every step was done with care and intention. And Ken? A total star. Hilarious, warm, and endlessly engaging—he had us laughing the entire time and turned our appointment into pure entertainment. It honestly felt like a pedicure and a comedy show rolled into one. We also treated ourselves to the Valentine’s Day pedicure special, and wow… festive, relaxing, and perfectly indulgent. The entire experience felt special, fun, and genuinely joyful. If you’re looking for a place with immaculate vibes, staff who truly care, and an experience that leaves you feeling refreshed and happy, VN ORGANIC SPA & NAILS is it. 10/10, no notes. We’ll definitely be back 💖✨🦶

Wonderful services from all staff here. Nina and Stella did a beautiful job on my festive nails. Great customer service, clean environment, and good product. Recommend coming here!

Ive been to this location a couple of times and never had an issue before but I came here right before being in a wedding as a bridesmaid. In the booking reservation I expressed I was in the bridal party and while I was there multiple times to ensure the attention to detail was high. That was not the case. I had to get my fingers redone that same day as there no way I felt these were appropriate for wedding pictures. See the picture below. I did point out a few flaws while my nails were being painted but I gave up. I paid to get them redone at a different location. I also got my toes done at the same time. The services were provided at the same time. Toes were good. Just the fingers I was disappointed in as it was for a special occasion and needed extra attention to detail.
