We recently visited Dr. Cherise Spies for both myself and my child, and we had a wonderful experience. Dr. Spies is incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She made us both feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the appointment. My child, who usually feels nervous about dental visits, was relaxed and even smiling by the end, thanks to Dr. Spies’ gentle and friendly approach. I also appreciated how clearly she explained everything and took the time to answer our questions. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and well-organized, and the staff were just as friendly and supportive. We’re grateful to have found such clinic! To anyone looking for excellent dental care — especially for families with kids!

Booked in for the first time with the team at Viva Dental. Amy provided the best cleaning and care that I’ve experienced. Dr. Robles and Amy were both kind in their approach (as someone who sometimes sucks with flossing), were informative, and didn’t rush me when I had questions. The reception team was kind and took care of the billing process with ease. Everyone is so welcoming! If you’re someone who fears (or maybe even likes the dentist), I would highly recommend this place.

It is definitely a clinic I would recommend! The whole stuff is so professional, doing their job in minutes. They are patient oriented, always advice what's better to do. They even rocked my baby to sleep while I was busy with treatment. Amazing people.

Doctor's and dental hygienists are exceptional. The front end staff.... ugh! You pre-booked my next appointment, I've been a customer for 6 years, and the you send me a letter to take me to collections over 23$ when you booked my appointment for the next visit? This is not the first issue over peanuts.... you want to wreak my credit over 23$ when I spend 1000$ a year there, and you know I'm coming back? You want to be rude and nasty over 23$.... bye..... there are other dentists.....

Recently moved here and heard great things about this place but isn’t true. I did give a short cancellation notice and the next appt. I realized I double booked and messaged them to advise but was met with a terrible attitude, Carrie was of zero help except to rush to judge and was of zero help when determining coverage. I messaged them with no response.There are plenty of dentists who provide better service and don’t give terrible attitude. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Found a better dentist with no fuss and was very clear about coverage and billing. Stay away
