Highly recommend Nick’s mobility classes. He’s friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful, which makes the classes feel welcoming right away. His background as a physiotherapist is evident in how thoughtfully and intentionally each session is designed. The instruction feels safe and supportive, and comes with a side of humor which is appreciated. He also was able to do some custom classes for a private group which showed the same level of care for people of any fitness.

I went to Nick for a minor knee injury that was effecting my mobility. He helped me understand why I was having pain and gave me exercises that quickly resolved the issue. I started feeling results within days of the treatment! Highly recommend. He’s super knowledgeable and dry needling is an added bonus.

I cannot recommend Nick enough to anyone in need of physiotherapy treatment. His expertise, professionalism, and compassionate approach make him truly stand out as one of the best in his field. One of the highlights of my sessions with Nick was the dry needling technique he utilized. Not only was he incredibly skilled in performing this procedure, but the results were remarkable. Nick was able to help me significantly with the pain and discomfort associated with a pinched nerve in my neck. He was quickly and efficiently able to diagnose the problem, and provide effective treatment and exercises, which helped me see significant improvement in a short time frame. I had a major trip coming up, and I was very worried about traveling with pain and symptoms, but he got me back into functioning shape quickly, and I was able to enjoy my trip without issue. I had never had dry needling before, but I now love it as a treatment modality. It offers relatively painless, and almost instant release of pain and tension. I have continued to see Nick for various issues, always with great results. He is always professional, kind, and friendly and is excellent at what he does.
