Best customer service and results I’ve ever experience with mechanics. Would definitely recommend if you’re nervous about bringing your car to a shop - I was accidentally overcharged for a service and they e-transferred me and resolved it before I had even gotten home. Definitely a trustworthy and reputable business, won’t be bringing my truck anywhere else.

Daniel provided excellent service. He was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. The work was done quickly and the car runs perfectly now. I really appreciate his attention to detail and transparency. Highly recommend Daniel and this shop!

They did a fantastic job replacing the clutch in my older mini. Took the time to call and ask about a couple of worn parts they came across while doing the job. Gave a cleat explanation the pros and cons of addressing now vs later before doing the work. Overall great experience dealing with Peter and the rest of the team.

I had a very accommodating experience. I called them early morning over the Christmas holidays. They got me in that same day despite shortage of staff as they understood my urgency. and got my car back two days later with a brand new shifter cable from Calgary! I was very impressed with their service.

Great service, Matt explained everything in detail that I could understand. Peter also was very helpful. He gave an estimate of about $6-700 to have my transmission service. Turned out to be $400. Didn’t overcharge me, rare in today’s world. I highly recommend Victoria Transmission, I will be using them for all my vehicle issues and service.
