If it was possible to give this business “0 stars” I would have selected that option. I booked an appointment for permanent eyebrows based on the strength of the good reviews online. I dutifully paid my deposit and showed up early for my appointment. The shop was dark and there were no answer to my repeated calls or emails. I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time and then left as my time is actually valuable- something this business owner obviously doesn’t believe about her clients. It took over 24 hours for a response. The email I received from the owner was a highly suspect story about leaving the country suddenly for “cancer treatment”. I requested my deposit be refunded and was assured it would be. Over a week on and, what a surprise (not)- nothing. I have made it clear to my circle to avoid this business at all costs. Book an appointment at your peril.

Used a vacation day to come to appointment when I arrived door was locked and nobody showed up. I stood for 30 minutes in rain waiting. My main concern at that time was that she was OK. But after that there was no effort to rebook appointment and no responses to my email. This was my first appointment and I had been looking forward to it, I wasted a vacation day, and basically felt like maybe because she charges $250/hour she did not care about gaining a new client.
