I purchased the Gold service, but my vehicle was completed in approximately 10–15 minutes and the interior received minimal attention. Dust remained on the dashboard, and the center console was not cleaned. I felt that the service did not reflect the price paid, as basic tasks such as properly wiping the dashboard and vacuuming the seats were overlooked. It appeared that efficiency was prioritized over quality. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

It is unfortunate to be posting this because my expectations were quite high with the service in comparison to any other car wash place that I could’ve gone to. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing service that based on my experience, didn’t really exceed anything that a $16 automatic car wash at a gas station could’ve done to my car. It is until right now posting this review that I’m looking at all the other reviews, that I realize I should’ve checked these before. I chose the $32 service thinking that it would actually be better that their cheapest option.

They say interior wash but don't wipe anything but the dashboard. Won't wipe seats. Left crumbs everywhere. Won't be coming back

Was hoping they would do a better job than they did. No complaints with exterior wash but interior clean looked in complete and was not very thorough. Had to ask to get the obvious spill (the reason I was getting an interior clean) cleaned up. She said they don’t usually clean the middle console? Unfortunately will not return as I would rather pay more and have it done properly

I just had my car wash at 12:30 today and I wasn6t satisfied at the cleaning. It's supposed to be cleaned inside and out with polish and UV clear coat protecting. It doesn't look like it.
