Easily one of the best veterinary clinic in Montreal. Everyone in there is very helpful and most important of all, genuinly caring to our furry friends.

Several bad episodes there. Just overall not impressed and not helpful. Not customer oriented nor very pet friendly. We changed vet.

I want to say only good things about this vet office, but I have had multiple bad experiences - most recently, I don’t feel like my cat’s needs were met while hospitalized because of their poor internal communication, and during a private consultation AND during euthanasia with the same vet tech, I felt odd hostility (she refused to speak to me in French, even though I spoke French with her during every interaction) and she was very defensive about some of my questions. I think the language barrier is partially to blame, so I need to acknowledge this. But considering my experience last night, putting down my most cherished companion while in their care, I felt robbed of such an important moment because of the vet tech’s clumsiness and unprofessionalism. As well, they are training a new employee who made both my boyfriend and I very uncomfortable with her mannerisms (performative coughing at the ceiling?!) and in December of 2023, the vet was working while sick, wearing a mask, and unknowingly transmitted covid to me. I’m sure they are lovely, hardworking people, all of them, but I am very unhappy with how my cat and I were treated.

a great vet but they should probably take down that main picture saying they're accepting new clients. they're definitely not, I'm an old client and I can never get an appointment within a few weeks so I just go elsewhere. the receptionists usually sound stressed

Called reception with a time sensitive request and was informed the vet had already gone home at 3pm… I was told I would be placed on a call-back list from the vet and I reiterated to the receptionist that my request was important and time-sensitive. I never received a callback or return from them. In addition, appointments are not honored. Every time I visited with a scheduled appointment the vet would be late and I would have to wait at least an hour. Calling the reception is a process, you are often put on hold and rushed, which you can also observe from sitting in the waiting room and seeing how overwhelmed the receptionists seem. It did seem like they cared and were good with my pet but I would not recommend based on how administratively unorganized they are.
