Sadly had to say goodbye to my cat, VCV were the right choice. Caring, kind and their home service made one of the most awful days I'll remember into something bearable. Kind and professional.

This review is way late and overdue. My situation happened 4 years ago… I had my senior cat who rapidly declined during covid. I was new to my area and no vets were taking new patients. I was extremely distraught and emotional when I called Vet Chez Vous and was met with such kindness. They asked me a few questions even offered to examine Charlie and treat her if they could, but I knew it was time to let her go. They were able to fit me in the same day, the Vet gave her an exam and assured me that I was doing the right thing. The Vet and her tech took their time, explained each step and did not proceed until I was ready. They gave me the space and time to say my goodbyes. It was one of hardest days of my life and I could not imagine doing it in a vet clinic. I will forever be grateful of them coming to my house and allowing my girl to in her own surroundings.

What a great service I was able to offer to my cat who has such a difficult time going to the vet. The staff were professional and capable of handling my stressed cat Charlie. Will be using them again.

Vet Chez Vous was there for us on one of the worst days of our lives, and they helped us through a very difficult decision and process with compassion, kindness, and support. I cannot recommend them enough and it was a blessing to be able to say goodbye to our cat in our home. They took our pain seriously and didn't minimize our love for our family member. They were patient with us during the process and didn't rush our goodbyes. I cannot recommend them enough.

Sadly on the 29th of December we made the difficult decision to let our old girl Kiko the Rescue Chihuahua to rest after adopting her 11 years ago. The 2 vet techs that came to our house were so compassionate, kind and understanding. They allowed my cat to crawl over them to get to his sister during the procedure. It was a beautiful and emotional experience for everyone. I will forever be grateful for them them and highly recommend their professional and empathetic services.
