You guys really need to update your equipment.The lighting is horrible, very dirty inside the bay .Spent 12$ to have to go and rewash my tiny car up the street at the new car wash.

First time using this car wash and it took two of my loonies and didn’t turn on. Told the guy working about the issue and he told me he couldn’t refund me. I won’t be going back which is unfortunate as it’s close to where I live.

I went there and washed my car and while I was vacuuming it took 4 bucks so I asked what the timer was set at and he told me said 1 minute. I replied oh that's terrible and he lost his cool started swearing and Squared up on me and clinched his fists ready to fight. I've been using this car was for 30 years and that ends now. I work next door so it's not like I'm some random.

It's ok. $2 seems to last long enough. It cost me $6 to soap and rinse my van. The change machine worked but the door on the bay did not so the person in front of me had to awkwardly back out.

This was not a great experience. I had $10 in loonies to do a quick wash on my truck. I really didn't want to turn a $50 into all loonies. Started with the brush and them to the soap spray. The last $4 was to get a good rinse to remove the soap. I did $2 and cleared half the soap. Put in my last $2 and the machine didn't turn on. There is nobody on site working to assist you if there is an issue. I found a note on one of the doors with the owners phone number. When I spoke with the owner he had no answers. He doesn't work at this location. Doesn't know where his on site manager is or how I can get a hold of him. He assured me that he was hanging up and going to call the manager. Well I never heard back. Nobody showed up to assist me. So I drove home with a soapy vehicle. The car wash itself is convenient and does a good job for a quick wash. The customer service is not great.
