The best in the Van Island business. Friendly, helpful, patient, and very upfront about expectations and pricing. Always 10/10 - And yes, I even got my BMW from their parking lot via 3rd party. Thanks, VCM!

Took my X3 to VCM after the transmission starting to have an issue (long after). I was near by and my car was limping, I hoped they would be able to take it on the lot that day to save me driving it. The wonderful lady on reception was super kind and understanding and went to figure it out. She came back and they took it on the lot. They called and they were clear and honest that the attempted fix might not work and gave me the price to which I gave them the go ahead. It didn't work. When I went in I asked about something on the bill and they explained what it was, why it was there and did so extremely calmly, absolutely zero attacking me or questioning me.. just a plain, english - explanation. They immediately also offered to figure it out and we agreed. Over all, I could not recommend this place enough. In my experience they were very kind, caring, understanding and honest. I have another vehicle which needs work and I will bring that in next. If you're considering VCM, I highly recommend them and how they handle themselves start to finish. This was such a great experience over and well review worthy! Thank you everyone at VCM. Big shout out to the guy/mechanic I spoke to and the way he was so attentive to my concern and so calm in explaining everything. This is a *very friendly* shop and I am glad I found them.

I have been a client since 2019 and have no need or desire to go elsewhere. The level of service I have consistently received is top tier, trustworthy and accessible cost-wise, especially when dealing with BMW repairs. They’re kind, knowledgeable and honest. They go out of their way to provide great service and I will always highly recommend VCM Auto Group.
