Joanne did an awesome job on my nails. I got exactly what I asked for, and she was fast and reasonably priced too! The ladies are all so friendly and lovely here, they actually remembered me.

I would highly recommend NOT getting ANY services done at this establishment. Poor quality, poor service and unsanitary. I came in wanting a simple nail design done. Nothing complicated or technical. Brown with white line on tips. She did a rush job filing which caused heat spots and burning. Acrylic was uneven on the sides, above the cuticle on others and thick in spots underneath. The line work was sloppy and not opaque. Didn't even line up with the edge of my nails. The base color was also sloppy, see through and not even. As for the sanitation none absolutely none of the drill bits were sanitised. The hand file was used. I was beyond not satisfied. I communicated that the line was not straight and again see through. I paid $89. I came back and asked politely that the product be removed. Just the acrylic. A new nail tech ended up cutting my natural nails short. I didn't want them cut. I strictly wanted the product removed. She assumed I had tips. No I grew my natural nails to that length. Once I asked for a refund. The original nail tech proceeded to talk to another employee in another language other than English. I don't speak their language. She refused to give me my money back. I asked for the manager. Manager was at home. She refused to call the manager and said she could only give me $10 off. Complete slap in the face. What a good company would do is apologize, sorry your not satisfied, remove the product with care not cutting the nail without asking if I wanted it cut. Don't assume. Then refund in full. Simple. Horrendous establishment and even poor business.

Highly recommend. Friendly, efficient, professional. When I first called I asked if they were open on Sunday, no, could I come that day (Friday), Saturday or Monday. I couldn't, so I thanked her and said goodbye, but she insisted on opening just for me. Couldn't believe it - how kind. My daughter and I could not be happier with our pedicures.
