It has been a wonderful experience at Electra Health. Booking process is quite easy with online booking or a phone call. The place is clean and welcoming. Reception staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the physio therapist Karim Hilali. He is super friendly, caring and professional. I am very pleased so far with the service here.

October 14 2025 I came in for the very first facial muscle retraining after unfortunately having Bell’s palsy since March 2025. I am very grateful meeting Christina who helping me with the training. Christina is very nice, very patience showing me the massages I need to do to regain moving those tight muscles. I am so glad I have Christina to train me with these massages. Thank you Christina. I will keep working on those exercises (home work) & I will see you again next month. Greatly appreciated! Victoria.

I had my first appointment with pelvic therapist Christina Wong. I am a post menopausal woman and needed to address some concerns re my pelvic health. The experience with Christina was amazing. She is kind, understanding , knowledgeable and professional. I felt completely at ease and learnt quite a bit. Eg, Christina taught me the correct way to do Kegal exercises , ( I thought I was doing them the right way all these years , but not so ), also certain products I can use. I now have confidence that with her help I will improve a lot in the future. Thank you again Christina!
