The nails on my left hand were longer than my right, the nail polish wasnt dry they had bubbles in them. I wish I had a good experience but I did not. The young guy was rough on my nails. I asked for coffin shape and I got squares instead. Needs more practice I think.

Absolutely disgusting, there’s mold around the chairs and it looks like it hasn’t been sweep or wiped clean in months. The lady is on a FaceTime call aswell while working. Not only that but when we got here we placed a reservation and still had to wait 30 minutes. Bad place

DO NOT COME HERE. no stars. i went in me and my younger sister for nails for my grad, she attempted to show the young man a photo of what she wanted, and he wouldn’t look at it, and then she said she wanted almond nails, and he gave her stiletto, and then I said I wanted square shaped nails, and the lady turned to me and said no you want coffin. And then when she was doing my nails, I showed her a picture and said I wanted it in red and black instead of pink, and she started painting all my nails then said i told her that I wanted them all red. Then charge me five dollars for each of us for french tips, and an extra $5 for a line under my french tip that’s not even straight. my total was somehow $150 after she told me that they are starting out 60 plus 10 for both of us getting french tips and plus another 5 for the line under said tip.. so 60+5+5 is 70 and then 70 plus 65 is only $135 so where did the other 25 go?? such bull. gave themselves a 25 tip and couldn’t explain it to me how that got added! and when i complained said she would fix one nail free of charge. DO NOT GO HERE. edit: i went back asking them to file the nails off and give me a refund because these are god awful and they said they don’t do refunds! DONT GO HERE i cannot express that enough

The worst nail experience! Zero stars... unsanitary place. Got finger infection. Nail broke the same day. Unprofessionally done. Complete waste of time and money! 60$ for simple refill.

Wish I could leave 0 stars! Complete waste of time and money! After paying $78.75 for a new set this is what I left with. - Uneven - Product all over cuticles and sidewalls - Magivered Ombre attempt - Wide nails - Splotchy and missing top coat - Crooked nails - All nails lifting as soon as I left -Blue hairs embedded in the acrylic Other issues: - Removed my nails with a fake nail tip - 2 different types of top coat were used and the result was SPLOTCHY -Using unclean drill bits (used) - Overall cleanliness of place I tried to speak to the owner and tell that I was not happy with them. She offered to try and fix them, but I didn't want her to because she doesn't know to do nails in the first place (Can't fool me) . I wanted a partial refund because I have to go and get these fixed somewhere else and pay more but she declined. So you are comfortable taking my money but when I am unhappy with the nails you put on, you instantly blew up! The owner mentioned something about karma coming back to me and asked why I came to her business in the first place.. (Desperation really) Because I was expressing my unhappiness with these nails, she said she was going to phone the police, for what? You have a bad attitude when it comes to customer service, you think arguing and calling down a customer is good, but its just stupid and unprofessional. You really didn't care if I posted this review so here you have it. These are the nails you let me leave with and just a brief detail of the horrible experience you offer. I have some great recommendations for places you could get educated by, let me know, or not.. I don't care HAHA.
