I have to drive a long way but the staff and price is worth it. I never have an issue getting an appointment in a timely manner. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful. The hygienists do an amazing job and I’ve never had any pain during my cleaning which I have had at other places. The dentists are knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. It’s the only place I trust.

Dr. Andrew has been my dentist since I was a kid, and there’s a reason I’ve stayed with him and his incredible team all these years — they are simple amazing. He takes such great care of my whole family and always makes us feel comfortable and well looked after. I can’t recommend Urban Smiles enough for dental or orthodontic care!

My two boys and I go here, and we always have a great experience. Dr. Andrew is excellent—very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. We have seen different dental hygienists over time, and they have all been wonderful. The receptionist and front desk staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. Overall, a fantastic team and a very positive experience. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Urban Smiles ever since they opened (and seeing Dr. Andrew prior at his other practice) and it's always been a good experience. The dental hygenists are always so kind and friendly. Receptionist too always go above and beyond to make everything easy and organized. I started going when I was in school and have gone through several treatments with Dr. Andrew since. One complaint I have is their treatment coordinator (not sure if she's there anymore?) was always in a bad mood and unfriendly which made some appointments bad. Nevertheless, the other pros/positives of the clinic are great. I highly recommend them for all dental needs!

I’ve been going to Urban smiles for many years……for a good reason. The clinic is run so well. Very efficient but I never feel like just another patient. The staff are all so kind and attentive. Dr. Andrew is a great dentist, always answers my questions and does a fantastic job. I always leave a happy patient.
