The facilities are great, but where are they getting these people at the Active Living desk? They consistently look annoyed for even approaching them, and can often be just flat out rude. I get that working can be hard and frustrating at times, but why do clients have to feel it? There needs to be a serious discussion about how Active Living views and treats their clientele. Walk a couple steps to the Outdoor Centre or the weight room and you see completely different behaviour. Come on, now.

My experience with our 10y old son in the program was amazing. He had 1:1 support, Kirti did amazing job. And the team led Arselon was always extra helpful. 5* for both of them.

This place deserves zero stars. One star is unfairly too good and doesn't do it justice. Truly unprofessional. for a full year I kept getting outright harassed and bullied by one of the their staff members and their group of friends. Same staff member called Mehrab called security on me for no reason. management did nothing to address this even when I would be approached by the same staff member on their day off and have my work out interrupted for no reason. This same staff member made false accusations. One day, Out of nowhere and for no reason I got surrounded and escorted out of the gym for no reason by five security guards while I was working out minding my own business and clueless. The next day manager cancelled my membership. Also the campus security told I can't go to this gym ever again. Save your peace and sanity and spend your time and energy somewhere else.

We have been renting from the university for approximately 25 to 30 years and the people no matter what year it's been have always been super friendly and helpful. Absolutely love this service and I hope it never goes away.

They have awesome facilities. It gets crowded in the morning and afternoons but there's enough space to do your own thing at the second floor too if so you desire. Parking is paid but you can also opt to park outside the university for free, although that is a bit of a walk to do in winter. My advice is to get the parking pass which is cheap and covers the whole year.
