I really debated writing this review because I am a people pleaser , who hates upsetting people. Despite this I have to share how I am really upset with the haircut and salon experience I had got. I came in late in the evening with only myself and the hairdresser in the salon. I wanted to colour over my box dye and get a bob. Generally was happy with the colour, but she was really messy with the dye. The parts that were blonde that I didn’t want to be coloured now have blotches on dye on them. When I showed her the reference for the cut it was shoulder length, I walk out with an unfinished cut, that was way shorter then my reference photo and uneven. She was obviously in a rush because her boyfriend came to pick her up while doing my cut. As soon as I said I was unhappy with the length she practically rushed me out the door. Complaining the upset reactions are why she can not do hair anymore. She did give my a discount but left the haircut UNFINISHED. I ended up going to another salon the morning after and they gave me an awesome haircut for 50% off because they had saw how messed up my hair was. Not to mention the hairdresser from here had whacked my head with the hairdryer and the straightener MULTIPLE times.

I had a great experience getting my hair cut! I definitely recommend coming here for all your hair needs. Everyone was extremely friendly and Lana who did my hair spent a lot of time styling it so I left feeling really great. As well, my hair was cut exactly how I wanted it.
