Just went for a hair cut same one I got last time. Was charged $26 for hair cut plus $10 tip. Different ladies working. I go in today to get same hair cut now $37and East Indian ladies working. Very rude and argues with the customer I was charged wrong price last time. I’m getting sick of the customer service these places are offering. I go to another ultra cuts charged the right price. 😁 I go back to show the rude lady and she wouldn’t give me the time or day. Said I was wrong! Told me to get out!

This review is about NGARE at the Lakeview location. I didnt want her to cut my hair. Her appearance was unkept, matted braids. She picked me. I didnt want to be rude. She took me to the sink where she explained to me that the chair was broken and to be careful. My first attempt to sit on the chair it instantly started collapsing on me. She had to explain to me again how to sit properly in a broken chair. We discussed at least 3 times times how much length was to come off. She sing sanged to me about swinging my chair away from the mirror so I couldnt watch her cut my hair. At that point Im feeling very uncomfortable but i didnt get rude. I went in for a simple blunt trim and came out with a makeover. She did a sort of 'ta da' twice as if to say look what I did! Yes look what You did Ngare! The head office is completely useless. I guess they approve of their employees taking off much more than whats been asked and uneven. My regular shop would also never put me in a broken chair. So way to go Ultracuts! Ngare and your shop was the absolute worst! It was the absolute bottom of the barrel dirty little shack! Be rude unless u don't mind coming out of there with ur hair done their way. We visited this place intending to get a trim and now i have to wait a few months until I see my regular girl at First Choice to fix and keep as much as she can possibly save and she will. So disappointing to think they're are still people out there in these places ready to do wicked damage to your hair on purpose.
