I went in for a cut and color. I wanted silver to be the color of my hair and my hair was pre-lightened to a platinum blonde a week and a half before the appointment. When I showed up they weren't even ready for me even though I made an appointment more than a week in advance. I waited half an hour for him to get his stuff figured out and most of the time he was complaining about having to do the color. The manager mentioned that my roots should be lightened before he colored my hair or there would be a noticeable line at my roots, but he did not follow her instructions and continued with what he thought was a good plan and things did not turn out as I wanted and the haircut I wanted after the color did not turn out at all even though I showed him a picture of what I wanted it ended up way shorter than I wanted. I complained to the manager who is unable to do anything without head office approval. He is not a good hairdresser.... not happy and spent over a hundred dollars. No credit. No refund. Bad customer service.

I called and the phone was answered after about six rings, busy place because they’re great! Each staff there was so kind to walk ins and everyone was friendly and conversations, the business was clean, small but fully the team behaved as family. Hairdresser was so open to hearing any comments about her job, she was patient, the other hairdressers praised her, overall that’s a well ran business for sure. 25 bucks for a lengthy haircut, they did awesome and fair priced! Thanks again.
