Wade from Ultimate Insulation was a huge help when we were dealing with serious attic moisture and ventilation problems. We'd just bought our first home a few months earlier with two small kids, and finding these issues was really stressful - Wade was exactly who we needed. I could tell from our first phone call that he really knows his stuff. He specializes in tricky attic moisture problems and drove all the way from Regina to Saskatoon (over 2.5 hours each way) to do a proper inspection with thermal imaging. He found complex, hard-to-find condensation issues, major heat loss showing up as snow melt patterns on the roof, and moisture staining on the sheathing that had obviously been there for years. The thermal imaging showed temperature differences throughout the house that pointed to long-term ventilation and insulation failures. Wade was great at explaining all the technical stuff in a way that both my wife and I could understand - he's patient and genuinely a great guy to deal with. His detailed findings helped us realize we were dealing with problems that existed long before we bought the place. If you've got a complicated attic moisture issue that other contractors can't figure out, Wade's your guy. (I apologize for the delay in posting this review - life was incredibly chaotic during this whole remediation process, but Wade deserved this recognition long ago.)

We hired Ultimate insulation for insulation consulting and refortification of our roof to prevent further roof sag. Their staff were friendly and extremely flexible with appointments. Wade came for the initial inspection and provided a lot of information about past and current building codes and how our attic functions as a whole. He also provided a detailed report that gave us a lot of confidence for choosing to spray foam. In addition, Joel was their lead carpenter who came to refortify the roof. They finished the roof work on time and on budget. They were communicative, provided frequent updates, and explained a lot of the steps in the process. Overall, we had a great experience with them and are confident in their work.

From day one, Wade was awesome!. He took the time to explain the whole scope of work and helped us figure out the best options for the long-term life of our home. Super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. When the crew showed up, Joel and his team were beyond professional — they got the job done on time and cleaned up so well you’d never even know they were here. Everything was done exactly as promised, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Top notch service. Booked initial home inspection with Ultimate office in February 2025. Wade showed up on time, was very professional and informative. Instant detailed quote with thermal images. The job was booked on a handshake only for May completion. They called and confirmed in advance of job start date. Joel the "crew foreman" directed his team and got the job done as promised. They definetly care about the quality of their work and cleaned up behind themselves. Job was completed exactly as per the quote. I definitely would recommend!!!

Cant say enough positive things about Ultimate Insulation!!! A real pleasure to work with. 1) Very quick in responding to my initial call and booking a free consult and in home inspection to formulate an accurate quote 2) Very educational of areas in home that need to be addressed 3) Laid out cost per area of work and prioritized it in order of importance 4) Quote in hand same day as inspection 5) Ability to work around my schedule when arranging a time to come and do the work 6) Arrived and were mindful of keeping the house clean by laying down matts and vacuumed work area after completion 7) Went above and beyond what was initially on the quote free of charge 8) Took pictures of damaged attic and areas that were fixed The crew was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and did not cut corners in their work. If I ever have any issues with an attic in the future or build a new home Ultimate Insulation will be my first call. Thanks for everything.
