I am a few weeks out from my first PRF treatment with Janet and I am already so thrilled! The clinic is beautiful and clean, the clinicians are so knowledgeable and everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I was a bit nervous about the treatment and Janet took the time to explain things in a way that made sense and put me at ease. I have a had a few other treatments there as well (by Courtney and Molly) and I have consistently had wonderful service and outcomes. I have a few PRF treatments before I get my final results and I’m so excited to see the final outcome. Highly recommend this clinic as they really do stand out in the aesthetic space.

I have been seeing Janet for Botox and skin treatments for many years. She is kind, competent and always ensures I’m comfortable moving forward with a procedure by providing detailed explanations of the procedure, the risks, what to expect for results and what post-treatment will look like. I trust her 100% to guide me towards the best treatments for my skin, and I know she would never ‘sell’ me on a treatment that wouldn't benefit me. The entire team at True is competent and friendly. The space is clean and beautiful and every visit there is enjoyable!

The facility was very clean, quiet, and no strong smells. The front staff was very friendly and easy to access. I got botox with Molly and she was amazing! She has been the best injector I have had to date. She was extremely thorough with her explanations and answered all my questions. She did not try to push services on me and was honest about what she thought might benefit my skin and what would not. I was offered to talk wth the surgeon before receiving any treatments (though I did not take this offer because I trust Molly and her thorough knowledge of injections as an RN). Molly was also very gentle with her injections and really put my needle anxieties at ease. I highly recommend this facility and Molly.

I’ve had both MOXI Laser and Morpheus treatments at True, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain how each treatment works, what it’s best for, and what kind of results you can realistically expect, no pressure, just expertise. This review is for the MOXI Laser I had with Courtney and is 3 months post treatment. From the start, Courtney was incredibly knowledgeable she explained exactly how MOXI works (collagen stimulation, improved texture, pigment) in a way that actually made sense and didn’t feel salesy at all. They made the whole experience super comfortable, checked in constantly, and somehow managed to make lasers feel… mostly chill? Witchcraft. Like I said, I've had Morpheus before and this felt different, hurt a bit around my upper lip but I added on the neck and chest and that shockingly didn't hurt AT ALL. I will say the downtime felt slightly longer than Morpheus but you couldn't see redness after 2-3 days, just that sandpaper feeling on your skin a few days longer. Results-wise: my skin is noticeably brighter, smoother, and more even-toned, with that fresh “well-rested but make it skincare” glow. Minimal downtime, real results, and zero regret. Highly recommend, I have co workers asking me what foundation I use (I dont use any!) and compliments from friends still, three months post treatment. If you’re even thinking about MOXI, this is the place.

I had the most incredible experience with Stephanie at your downtown clinic. I visited her for dermal filler in my temples and the results were beyond anything I expected. The treatment itself was gentle and Stephanie checked in on me every step of the way. My results look natural, lifted and refreshed; exactly what I was hoping for. I felt like she really understood my goals and delivered even better than what I imagined. If you're considering any aesthetic treatment, I couldn't recommend her more highly!
