Very helpful people and organization, from product selection right down to the specifics of installation. Chris was very invested in the best way to accomplish a great look with helpful suggestions to make our home look fabulous. Doug and their installation team worked around some significant hurdles with an addition to our house that was being accomplished simultaneously. They did the project effortlessly in 2 stages and were very flexible with coordination and suggestions to make it easier to get it done very efficiently. We will definitely contract them again with our next home.

We've chosen TRU Exteriors to complete our exterior renovation project after our house was damaged by the Hail storm of August 2024. We decided to go with James Hardie product, planks, boards and battens and trims. We never thought our small house could look this nice !!!! The whole process with TRU is flawless and enjoyable! The whole team is so professional and customer oriented, and it shows with every interactions we've had with everyone there. From the first site visit by Andrew to have a look at our house and get the ball rolling for a quote, and the multiple email interactions to get the scope of work properly defined, quote, options, etc and answer my countless questions with Sam and Chris we knew right away that this company really care about doing things right and the way we wanted it. Doug kept us in the loop the whole time before, during and after the project, which is great. The installation crew led by Temur is simply spectacular. The Workmanship, skills, professionalism is top notch. We couldn't be happier the with the way the project went and the end results! Our house was one of many hit by the August hail storm. We decided to replace our siding with HardiePlank. No regrets! The house looks fantastic! The TRU Exteriors team was great to work with from the estimate to the office to the install. The crew worked hard to get it done before winter hit and Doug, the Field Supervisor, was very responsive and great to work with. We've had a lot of people pop by and wouldn't hesitate to recommend TRU Exteriors. The only downside, my wife says I have to paint the garage door now!

Finding TRU Exteriors for our beautiful new house build west of Calgary was the best decision! We thoroughly enjoyed their workmanship, attention to details, design help, and reasonable pricing. Everything was laid out so clear and easy to understand. Chris, and Doug and crew were so professional and dependable, at all times. We replaced poor quality cedar siding on our home with TrueGrain Hardie Board for a low maintenance option. Tru Exteriors offered competitive pricing and took the time to understand our needs and expectations. We had been burned before by another siding contractor, and they were very aware of our hesitations and concerns. They were one of the few contractors willing to do the work on our home since it wasn't a full siding replacement, and were available for an expeditious start. The installation team was respectful and fast, and was able to make adjustments on site as issues came up. I feel that Tru would help us out in the future if we had any concerns related to their product and services, and would recommend them to others.
