I had a most wonderful experience at this clinic! And I was there for 3 extractions! Friendly, approachable staff. If you have a fear of going to the Dentist you WONT after a visit here. Very highly recommend.

My first time getting treatment here. After bad expeinces with another place, I got recommended here. The staff is very nice, however I left with chemical burns to my outer lip and interior upper cheek. Google says to rinse immediately with water, they did not make me rinse. I was given a wet paper towel to wipe off my lip, I did say it was burning more than once, they continued and never checked up on the burns. I phoned the next day, they said they told me about it, which I do not recall. The receptionist said "maybe the hygenist said it in her head, and not out loud".

Piss poor. New building so it’s about money and not about the people anymore. Was put on antibiotics as the tooth I have to have extracted needed to be treated first. Appointment was scheduled for next Monday for the extraction. I didn’t even get a call, was some txt message saying that I can’t get in till the 27th of November but I’m on a cancellation list. Infection will be out of control by then and wouldn’t prescribe the pain management that was needed especially having to wait over a month now. Find someone else. It’s about the dollar, not about the people anymore. Sad to say but was in their care for about 8 years but am looking for recommendations for another dentist for my kids and I.

I get high anxiety when going to a dentist, but the staff at this dentist office were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Greg is an awesome dentist and went over all my options with me. I would recommend this dental practice to everyone!! Very clean as well. I had a wonderful experience!

AMAZING Dental experience!!! Super clean, Modern and new dental office! Staff is super friendly! Dr. Greg was very kind, welcoming and has a wonderful sense of humour ☺️ He is one of the world's best backwards guy, other one is Dr. Simon 😁 😁 (dentists have to work backwards using a mirror, truly amazing what Dentists do as I watch my daughter get her fillings done) Dr. Simon has the most gentle eyes and heart 💕 I feel I can sit all day and enjoy wonderful chats with Dr. Simon 😁 Miss Ivy was the 1st CDA I met and she truly was the most compassionate, gentle and wonderful CDA I have ever met!!! She spoke so tenderly to my 4 yr old daughter and made her experience such an enjoyable one! I did not feel judged as a mom because my daughter has cavities but I felt accepted, I felt respected and I felt tremendous compassion from Miss Ivy! Miss Ivy’s gentle heart blasted away any nervousness that I had! Front desk Miss Caitlyn was super patient, considerate and helpful as she helped me book a bunch of appointments for my daughter and myself! Frontdesk Ms. Heather has years of excellent experience under her belt as she was a CDA as well and also Ms. Heather is an Orchid Master!!! Orchid Plants LOVE her and her beautiful heart! 💕 I got my husband booked soon after I got home from Trischuk Dental! Husband loves the Trischuk Team! I am super grateful we found such an amazing Dental Team to take care of our family’s dental needs! I know we are in Great hands and receiving Excellent Dental Care!!! Love love love our Trischuk Dental Family!!!! 💖💖💖💎💎💎
