I’ve been coming to this salon for about a year and always had good experiences until my last visit. I had my hair highlighted about 3 weeks before my wedding, my roots turned out very brassy. When I called to have it fixed, my stylist squeezed me in but refused to re-bleach because she had another client, and didn’t offer any other solution before my wedding. To make matters worse, I got sick during the appointment and while another stylist was kind, mine showed little sympathy. I have personally worked in this industry, and if my client had gotten ill during a touch up service I would’ve called to make sure that they were OK and to reschedule to get them in before their special event. I’ve always been on time and tipped generously (up to 40%), so I was disappointed with the lack of care given how important this occasion was.

I absolutely love my hair, the colour, cut, everything! 10/10 recommend this salon and Barb. As well the salon is immaculate! Thanks for a lovely visit too!
