I can’t say enough good things about this team. They’re always on time, easy to deal with, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every time we’ve had an issue, they come in with a calm, solution-focused approach and get it handled properly. It’s such a relief to work with people you can trust. Highly recommend.

We want to compliment Leone Santiago, your service employees who was "on call" on Sunday, December 7th. We woke to a cooler than usual house to find our furnace had quit. We called T & C, their answering service passed our concern onto their "on call" person and Leon was at our home within an hour. Leon was polite, thorough and quickly had the furnace working again. The fee for parts and labour was fully reasonable. Great job, Leone. Thank you.

I wanted to leave a quick note of appreciation on here for the OUTSTANDING service I got today from Kirk and Brianna. They arrived at my house for an air conditioning service call/inspection, they were on time, they also went over and above with their professionalism and courteous approach to the call. Kirk took the time to explain the service and also how Brianna was an excellent apprentice for the call out experience too. Both of them were engaged, hands on and complimented each other well for the work scope. I would definitely recommend Town and Country and I will 100% call them again for future needs!

Mixed feelings about Town & Country. While they resolved most issues, ongoing problems with our master bedroom and lack of accountability and communication prompted this review. Here’s the backstory: We raised concerns with our builder and Town & Country about temperature variations in the home. The most significant was the master bedroom above the garage. They dismissed it as typical for two-story homes, especially above a garage, but we found the explanation inadequate. This led to an energy assessment, which confirmed two significant hot spots in the garage ducting. The main duct runs through the garage (not typical but required due to the home’s open-concept design), and spray foam insulation made further investigation difficult. Despite providing photos and videos, Town & Country hasn’t offered an explanation or solution for the heat leak/hot spots. Cold Air Return Issues After the above potential leak and lack of action taken by town and country and our home builder, we threaten to hire a third-party HVAC company. Still no action so we proceeded. They discovered that the master bedroom’s cold air return was non-functional—just a grill for appearance—and no cold air return existed in the basement. While a small cold air return was installed, space constraints in the wall (due to a laundry chute) prevent it from being large enough to balance the system properly. Properly addressing the cold air return would require significant drywall removal and rerouting from the basement. Costs and Current State We paid $788 for the third-party investigation and partial fixes. Again, the system remains unbalanced, and the garage ducting issue is unresolved. Town & Country provided partial reimbursement (approx half) but we expect the full amount and a proper fix and investigation. Past Issues Resolved In addition to the above, we’ve dealt with many issues during our 2.5 years in this home: 1. Leaking Bathtub Faucet • The master bathroom faucet leaked twice. The first repair failed, and I had to demonstrate the issue (a steady stream of water) before it was properly fixed. 2. Improperly Supported Bathtub • The master bathroom tub was not installed correctly, causing banging and popping noises when in use. Town & Country attempted to resolve this by adding spray foam insulation and wooden shims under the tub. I occasionally hear a popping noise but am told nothing further can be done. 3. Secondary Bathroom Faucet • The faucet in the secondary bathroom emitted a stream of water while the shower was running. This was fixed promptly, though it’s unclear if the issue stemmed from poor installation or faulty equipment. 4. Furnace Condensation Pipe • The condensation pipe for the furnace wasn’t connected correctly before possession, causing water from the AC to drain into the furnace housing. We wanted a new furnace but was told by our homebuilder Town & Country would provide written guarantee. This never was provided however we were shown the furnace motor and accepted the explanation that it was unlikely to have gotten inside. 5. Damaged Laundry Chute • The laundry chute was crushed during installation, and sharp holes were left in the tin. Town & Country patched the holes with caulk and tape. While functional, the patchwork looks unsightly and raises concerns about long-term durability. While we appreciate the resolution of these issues, the ongoing lack of accountability and communication, particularly regarding the garage ducting and cold air return, leaves us frustrated. We expect full reimbursement for the investigation costs and a clear explanation of the unresolved. I provided some photos for now. I’m having technical issues uploading them all, including videos. Will do soon. ————————————————— Update: I have been in touch with the owner and he has been working with me to address the issues that can be. We aren’t quite done yet but I wanted to update this post so it did not remain all negative. I will update once everything is done. The previous heat leakage is not due to town country’s work rather a construction issue.

This company was highly recommended to me and now I know why. Right from the start Tammy was very knowledgeable and clearly communicated what the job entailed. Mike and Kyle arrived on time and performed the work diligently, keeping me informed every step of the way. I am relieved I now have a reliable furnace and AC unit. Very professional. Keep up the great work!

We choose Town and Country as our plumber for a basement redevelopment of our 1967 bungalow in Regina. After conversations with Mark, we were quickly on our way to make informed decisions using competitive quotes. Journeyman Jason and apprentice Ethan replaced the cast iron waste pipe under the floor, installed a new 3 piece bathroom, upgrading the stack, lifted the upstairs waste pipes into the floor joists, installed 3 new air registers, and upgraded a/c and HE furnace exhaust pipes. And we also purchased plumbing fixtures. Excellent knowledge, skill, quality, good price, and great service. Once my basement bathroom is finished, I will be updating my upstairs main bathroom! Thank you Town and Country for being on time, professional and on budget. UPDATE Well done Town & Country team. Jason and Ethan replaced a leaking tub, very quick and efficient. We decided to replace the furnace and AC with a Daikin HE gas furnace and FIT heat pump. Dillon, Brandon, Taylor and Rob were perfect for removing old and installing new HVAC equipment. As an added service, T&C cleaned our ducts of dust and dirt! Very satisfied customer, thank you Dan and Mark, you have an awesome knowledgeable and skilled team.
