Really disappointed in Tower Cleaners lack of accountability when it comes to responding to the survey that they text to you after every pickup. I have left several messages on their forum to contact me regarding poor pressing and improper cleaning. In fact they state they hand press some of my shirts and charge me up to 3x the price for terrible pressing. They have terrible quality control and have ruined a few of my shirts while charging a premium.
