I was surprised at how quickly they were able to get me an appointment—it made the whole process stress-free and convenient. You can tell they really care about their customers and make scheduling as smooth as possible. When Ryan showed up for the appointment, he was awesome—fast, friendly, and really thorough. Talk about top-notch service! I called Top of the Line Plumbing yesterday for a quote, and Katie from the office had a technician at my place by 2 PM! They gave me a quote on the spot, and the very next day, Shaun Metz and his partner came out to install a Rheem Platinum Edition tankless water heater.
