Michelle has been my hair stylist for about 7 years now and I highly recommend her for all your hair needs. l followed Michelle as she opened up To Dye For and have fully enjoyed visiting her in her new space. To Dye For is a bright and beautiful salon and even includes a mural showcasing the amazing work of a local artist.

When it came to choosing a hair dresser I was nervous, until I sat in Michelle’s chair. In my Indigenous culture, hair is very sacred, and it carries so much meaning when someone is trusted to touch, care for, or cut it. From the moment I sat in Michelle’s chair, I felt nothing but respect, care, and intention in the way she worked with my hair. She doesn’t just see it as a service—she honours the person attached to it. Michelle stands out because she blends incredible skill with her genuine heart. She takes the time to listen, she understands the significance behind what she’s doing, and she makes you feel safe, valued, and beautiful. I am so grateful to her for treating this part of me with such respect and love. She truly goes above and beyond, and it shows in every detail. Thank you again! Easy 5 stars!

Husband and I get haircuts here. Have known Michelle for years. She is an excellent stylist! We highly recommend her and her salon!
