i just want to say that i go to tim hortons every day in the store and drive through. the staff are fantastic especially Gagan she is a awesome employee and knows her job and does so good i am impressed. she should be a assistant manager and get recognition for her work there wayne Haner

I ordered the breakfast deal today, and unfortunately my experience with the supervisor, Gagan, was very disappointing. There was a communication issue at the drive-thru, and when I tried to explain my order, her response was rude and unprofessional. This situation could have been handled much better. I hope you will consider improving customer service standards and training your staff better. Gagan was loud in yelling tone , she threw the wrap on counter and said to me in yelling tone that i told you at drive through, well i also told her that i need breakfast deal rather than being unprofessional and rude about it she could have dealt differently, please train your staff professionalism. I dont want to go someplace where a simple misunderstanding cant be handled.

Staff was so polite on my visit this morning. Really appreciate their hard work. The service was fast eventhough it’s super cold at the window. Love to visit again.

The staff remembers take my order and always greets me with a smile, even during the busy rush hour. They keep the dining area clean and tidy, and the drive-thru moves quickly even when there’s a line. Over a year now, and I’m always impressed with their consistent quality and friendly service.

We took the kids here for a quick hot chocolate and snack before their activities. We all ordered drinks (coffees, tea, hot chocolates) and food (pizza, soup, bagels). The pizza was awful, the youngest ate as much as he could but said it was cold and tasted like cardboard. The soup was so salty it was barely finished. The drinks were fine but the food was very disappointing. Bathrooms and tables were clean

I asked for biscoff latte and that what I got only half of cup and that is suppose to be a whipped cream on the top. I do not know what is that .I didn’t drink it . The taste is so bad . Unfortunately I did not have a time to get back .

On a fine monday morning, my good friend and I decided to meet up at our local tims for a latte. We were served by Eagey! He was so kind and gave us this card that told us to espresso ourselves hahaha! So here I am, espressoing. My only complaint is that we were the only people in the store to not be served with a retro cup. Felt targeted. We had really wanted those cups. But that's okay, Eagey was nice!
