If you are seeking to hire an architect that seemingly works for the City of Calgary vs you the consumer/business this is the right architect for you. We have been dealing with a mezzanine issue and fumbling our way through requirements that are absurd and illogical because we feel T.i. Studio staff didn't fight or represent our concerns. Instead, we feel they led us down a very pricey, unnecessary & nonsensical process. We would not use them again.
