Super ugly ending with my experience here. This would be my first negative google review I’ve left if you check my review history, I don’t take it lightly. I came once a week here for about 3 years, I would pay upfront for 10 sessions at a time so I didn’t have to bring money every week. For the last few weeks I also had a friend join and come at the same time. My last session graham got very agitated because he was making a personal call booking a physio appointment for himself, and he was having difficulty hearing the receptionist because we were being noisy in the space. When I pointed out he shouldn’t be scolding us for using the space during the time we paid for while he was supposed to be coaching us, and maybe he should have stepped outside he became even more agitated. It was one of the most unprofessional things I’ve ever witnessed. I followed up a few days later to let him know my thoughts and he never responded, so I requested the $260 credit he owes me, and he also never responded. I then stopped at the club to ask for my money back where he said he would pay me and that was a week ago. He also has a credit with my friend who signed up and has since not reached out to him to see if he would like to continue or offer him a credit. Everyone has their moments but this is no longer a moment, it’s theft. Yikes.

A great boxing club to be apart of. Graham and Jordan have a high level of Experience and are very welcoming to new comers. All skill levels, all ages feel welcome and learn very quickly. Great environment to learn, get in shape and compete if that’s your thing. I have started putting my son age 10 every Wednesday. Drop in and try it out!

We had an amazing experience at Thistletown Boxing Club in Kelowna! Coach Graham is an exceptional instructor, bringing a perfect blend of technique, patience, and motivation to his training. He works incredibly well with all ages, including teens, and makes boxing both accessible and challenging. My son, who has a background in Kung Fu and years of Muay Thai kickboxing, attended his first free class, and Coach Graham immediately helped him understand the differences in form and training between boxing and his previous martial arts experience. His ability to break down techniques and adapt his coaching style was impressive. Most importantly, he kept my son engaged, motivated, and eager to continue learning. We’re excited to join Thistletown Boxing Club soon and look forward to building a solid boxing foundation alongside my son's existing skills. If you're looking for a welcoming, professional, and high-quality boxing gym in Kelowna, this is the place to be! Highly recommended!

Graham is a fantastic one-on-one boxing coach! He’s incredibly attentive to details and ensures that every session is tailored to your needs. His friendly and approachable demeanor makes training enjoyable and productive. Highly recommend!

Great boxing gym for all levels and ability’s. Graham the head coach is very knowledgeable and spends the time with all his athletes/members. Overall good vibes!
