My long overdue review of Theorie and Chloe!! I had an absolutely wonderful time at the salon. I went in with lots of great products already on hand but no knowledge of how to use them, and Chloe took all my confusion and turned it into such a productive and positive conversation about my hair, needs, wants, and everything in between! Throughout our conversation, Chloe asked so many questions which allowed me to explain what I wanted out of the appointment, and she was able to find a customized treatment for my hair that left it feeling so soft and manageable. She took time to explain all of the products she was using on my hair and why which made my decision at the end of the appointment of what products I wanted to add to my routine much easier. I left much more confident in making decisions about my own hair and how to choose and use products, and have definitely noticed a difference in my hair softness, volume, and style longevity since switching to my new products! She even took extra time to trim my bangs which I did not book in for but very much appreciated! Overall I am extremely happy with my first experience at the salon and plan to be back!
