We were one of the lucky recipients of the Paint4Good grant through The Urban Painter, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Our hallway and stairwell still had wallpaper from the 90s, and this project completely transformed the space. What was once dated and tired is now warm, bright, and welcoming for the clients we serve every day. The refresh has truly made a difference in how the space feels. Richard and his team were incredible to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, and they were patient and understanding of our unique needs as a non-profit organization. The level of care and professionalism they brought to the project did not go unnoticed. We are so grateful for the opportunity and would highly recommend both The Urban Painter and the Paint4Good program.

We love the results of our interior painting! We chose some very bold colours and the team executed well. I felt like they gave us a fair heads up about one of the colours that would require an extra coat for a full coverage so it wasn’t an unpleasant surprise at the end with an extra cost for more paint. The painters themselves were friendly and professional, and cleaned up afterwards. The team did have to reschedule our painting days slightly to later in the week than we had originally planned. I imagine this is very common for contract work of this nature. It wasn’t a big deal (just an extra couple days of the chaos of having our belongings out of place to get ready for the painting), but I would say if you are very tight on your timelines make sure you communicate that so they can let you know if they can accommodate. I’ve already recommended them to a friend and I will be considering them for some other painting work in the future.

We had a great experience working with Urban Painters and couldn’t be happier with the final result. From start to finish, the process was smooth and well managed. Michaela, our Project Consultant, was fantastic to work with - her communication was clear and timely, she had a strong grasp of the overall process, pricing, and timelines, and she was always quick to get back to us with availability and answers to our questions. It made planning the project feel easy and stress free. Nigel, who completed the painting, was equally excellent. He communicated clearly throughout, took great care in his work, and delivered a finished product we were very happy with. The quality of his workmanship really shows. Overall, a very professional experience and great team to work with. We would absolutely recommend Urban Painters and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Quite happy with everything across the process. We were able to get a consultation within a day or two of calling, with the quote back the next day after discussing it. Booking in was pretty straightforward, and the colour consultant was a good help in helping us figure out what colours coordinated well and would look good together. The crew doing the painting, led by Thomas, were excellent. Always on time, and Thomas put in extra hours after to make sure he was able to get the whole house done ahead of the estimate. Quality was excellent, and Thomas was very responsive to questions and I had only a handful of spots noted for touchups before the final day across the entire house.

We had our interior painted. The painters phoned ahead and told us when they would arrive, they were there right on time. Our painters were Juan and Jose and they were excellent. The finished everything in a day and a half and after they were gone you wouldn't have known they'd been there except for the wonderful paint job. They cleaned everything. As well as being efficient, they were friendly and polite. They come highly recommended.

I recently had my home painted by The Urban Painter and I’m genuinely happy with the results. The team was professional, kind, and very respectful of the space. The house feels fresh, clean, and beautifully updated. There were a couple of tiny light patches on one wall, nothing major at all, but overall the work was done with great care and attention. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them and work with them again. Thank you for a great job!

I totally recommend Urban Painter. My cupboard had previously been painted and they were able to apply a primer and finish coat. The doors and drawers were sprayed off site and came back looking terrific. I purchased new handles which updated the cabinets. Thank you Urban Painters for doing a great job and it is great that they warranty their work. Both Cody and Josh keep a clean work space and when they finished it was like they had never been with the exception of a job well done!

We needed to get our outside doors and garage door painted. We decided to go with the team at The Urban Painter and I'm so glad we did. The whole process was so smooth and easy, from getting the quote, coordinating the work and getting it done, it was just flawless. Everyone was very professional, organized and customer oriented. Thanks to David for all the back and forth, Shelby for coordinating the work and more so to Reid and his teammate who did a fantastic job! We couldn't be happier with the results.
