I've visited here several times and have enjoyed different treatments (mostly massages, facials, and pedicures). Most of the practitioners I've had,have been lovely. But it can be hit or miss when trying a new practitioner. It's best to call ahead and ask for recommendations based on your needs. I've gotten a pedicure twice and I have to say I haven't loved either of my experiences, but they were just OK. It's a nice spa environment, but can get a bit loud and cramped, especially when they have larger groups visit. Some items have been unusable due to being out of order. I've seen cleaning staff in change rooms not cleaning/sanitizing brushes and items and instead just putting things back on counters dirty (making people think they're clean and ready to use again). The bathroom area can be unkempt (unflushed toilets water splattered all over the counters and mirrors and products left all over). But I'm sure this is partly to do with clients who treat the facilities disrespectfully when there too, as I personally have witnessed it. The spa leaves jars of crushed cookies/wafers and whole apples for snacks. It would be nice to see more healthy options along with that (nuts, seeds, trail mix or even some dried fruit). They always have some nice hot tea and water to drink too. Front desk staff aren't always so welcoming. The practitioners who did my last massage and facial were quite lovely.

I rarely post negative reviews unless I believe others have a right to be aware. I used to love spa ritual years ago, always relaxing and upselling was never their primary focus. I clearly should have read the reviews prior to going in as another ladies nails looked as bad as mine. Live and learn. I went for a recent pedicure prior to heading out for a holiday. My nails looked lovely for about 30 minutes. Within seconds of finishing my nails I was asked to stand up and could go sit on a bench she pointed to if I liked. No checking to see if the nails were dry and no mention of them needing to set. I can leave I asked she said sure anytime I said well maybe I’ll sit for a minute and collect myself. I asked for a drink and she got one for me and quickly cleaned and filled up the tub for the next client. Finished my tea and left. When I got home I was extremely unhappy and called them and the first question was did you get the gel? No, and was told that doesn’t happen with gel. I can come back in and they can try and fix it. I was on a tight timeline and couldn’t. I don’t like gel on any of my nails as it just bothers me and quite frankly I’ve had a $40 non gel pedicure that has lasted over 4 weeks. This disgusting job cost $118.00. When I felt like I was being demeaned for not getting gel I told her I’d like to speak to a manager. I also asked if my other credit on file was there and she looked around on the computer shaking her head and then finally found it. The manager got back to me and I felt had worded her email as if it was my fault I hadn’t waited around to let them dry. I would have had I been advised to. She has offered me a $21 nail application. I truly would like to never have to go back so asked if she could just refund me for the $2-1 and two other credits I have on file. Still haven’t heard back about that. I’m sure many of there other services are great. Get your pedicures elsewhere and get them still done nicely without gel.

Made a last minute appointment to get my brows threaded. Navi was amazing. the eye brows looked amazing, but the best part of this appointment is the face massage and head massage that you get after the brows are done. not only do the brows look amazing, but you feel like incredible with the added service at the end. from the minute i enter Spa Ritual to the time i leave, you are made to feel valued and special. Would highly recommend Spa Ritual and Navi for any services she provides.

I went to Spa Ritual after a long time, and it’s still such a relaxing place. The atmosphere is exactly what you’d want from a spa — peaceful, cozy, and rejuvenating. They have a nice change room with a dry sauna, robes, showers, and an inviting waiting area with tea, snacks, and even infrared stone beds to relax on before your treatment. I booked a 60-minute massage with Monica B. after seeing her name mentioned several times in positive reviews, and she really was great. She listened to what I needed and adjusted the pressure perfectly — she can go deep or light and really focuses on the right areas. The only downside was that I lost about 10-15 minutes of my massage time. Monica came to get me exactly at my appointment time, and by the time we walked to the room, talked about what areas I wanted focused on, picked my oil scent, and I undressed and got on the bed, it was already almost 10 minutes past. The massage ended exactly at the scheduled hour instead of extending to make up the difference. I arrived early and was ready on time, so it was disappointing to lose part of the session. When I mentioned the issue of the shortened massage time to the front desk, the staff member just said she’d tell the manager and then asked how I wanted to pay right away. She didn’t seem to care or try to make it right at the time. I also paid with gift cards and had a $30 balance left, but instead of loading it onto another gift card, they just “kept it in their system” for next time — which isn’t ideal if I wanted to let someone else use it. Another small issue — the email said that if any forms needed to be filled out, they would be sent 48 hours before the appointment. I never received any forms, so I assumed there weren’t any, but when I arrived I had to fill out a clipboard form at the desk. If the forms aren’t actually sent ahead of time, it’s better not to say that in the confirmation email — it would save time to fill it out online in advance as mentioned. Overall, the spa itself and the massage were wonderful, but I wish the front desk handled things with a bit more care and that the massage time actually matched what was booked.

The best pampering experience I've ever had. From greeting, to goodbye the staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The inclusions for the service were a nice surprise. Infrared sauna, shower, tea, snacks and the therapeutic massage! Monica is amazing, she did an incredible job working out my tension. I will be back! Thank you all for such an inviting experience.
